220 RSB 4 a Change

Five owners at 220 RSB - Anthony - Fabienne - Ian - Marc - Sean - who are frustrated with the performance of the current Board of Managers and, after investigating various facts as best we are able, are asking to be elected to the Board so the direction of the building can be corrected for the benefit of all unit owners. 
The current board has not worked in our best interest, has impacted us financially and a number of Board members have been in place too long. 
You have already received our one-page position paper as it was attached to each of our resumes that you should have received from Honest Ballot. You may have already viewed each of the videos we recorded in support of our candidacies. However, these 3-minute videos are insufficient to state our full case. This website is an effort to give more detail supporting why we believe it is time to change the direction of the building.
